Ohh, this recipe! I am so happy to share it with you all. Homemade applesauce is one of my favorite fall treats, and after enjoying it at a local restaurant, I decided to try to make some myself. I simply used what I had on hand. I wanted to keep it healthy and simple. I think this would be perfect to have cooking in the crockpot on Thanksgiving day.
Yes, it is another pumpkin breakfast recipe! I promise I saved the best recipe for last. These waffles made the yummiest breakfast, and my family couldn’t tell that they were secretly made with healthy ingredients. 😉
Happy Day 5 of 7 Days of Pumpkin! It is no secret that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. It is also no secret that pumpkin spice is one of my very favorite flavors. One morning I decided to get creative and put a spin on my mom’s famous French toast.
7 Days of Pumpkin Day 3 is here! I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s yummy breakfast recipe. Today I’m sharing a recipe for a pumpkin dinner I made recently. Yes, dinner!
Happy 7 Days of Pumpkin Day 2! If you missed yesterday’s post all about going to the pumpkin patch, you can read about it here.

Hi, everyone! Today I’m sharing a recipe for a yummy, easy, and healthy pasta salad I made this past weekend for a family cookout. It was a big hit!
I love to kick off my week with a healthy and hearty meal. It makes me feel like I somewhat have my life together and also makes me feel less guilty for indulging in some treats later on in the week. (I’m not sure if that makes sense. 😉 ) Anyways,
I really enjoy making some healthy snacks at the beginning of the week. This way I’m never searching for something to eat or reaching for junk food when things get busy. These muffins were perfect. They made a great grab-and-go breakfast or afternoon snack. My whole family loved them!
Hellooo! Today’s post has a theme, and that theme is . . .
