It is truly the most wonderful time of the year, but for many of us, it can also be the busiest time of the year. I am easily stressed (who isn’t?), so it is important for me that I take some time to rest and recharge. Self-care can be different for everyone. For some, it could be reading a book after taking a warm shower. For others, it might be eating a big bowl of macaroni and cheese while watching a Christmas movie. 🙂 I thought I’d share my personal favorite winter self-care practices with you all. It shouldn’t be a surprise that they are all beauty-related. 😉

It has been two weeks since I started my healthy hair journey! If you want to read about why I decided to go sulfate- and silicone-free, check out this post. It actually wasn’t as scary as I had anticipated. My hair still looks presentable, and I think a lot of that has to do with the products I am using.
