I hope you are all enjoying this special, magical time of year. I am so grateful for the sunshine, beautiful flowers, and fresh fruits and veggies – especially strawberries.
It has (again) been a hot minute since I’ve last sat down to write a blog post. I don’t necessarily have a reason for taking a little break. It has just been a different – but still lovely – summer.
Hello, hello! I hope you are all well. I can’t believe I have been at home for nearly TWO months. So this post is titled ‘The Ultimate Quarantine Meal.’ I know what I am doing is technically self-isolating, BUT isn’t everyone just calling this time quarantine? I feel like they are. 🙂
Anyway, you need to try this meal. Period.
How has it been EIGHT MONTHS since I posted a muffin recipe?
Last weekend, Nicolas turned 25! He had never experienced a proper birthday weekend before, and no one deserves a wonderful birthday more than him, so we celebrated Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday! Along with celebrating at work, my family had the coziest party for him. On Saturday, we left for a little weekend getaway to State College.
How many croissants did I eat in Paris?
This post (as well as a few posts that are to come) is long overdue! Everything has been a complete whirlwind since I got engaged and moved to the states. There are so many things that I didn’t get a chance to blog about like this amazing brunch Nicolas and I enjoyed in Paris.
We’ve made it to Day 6! Christmas is so soon. I can’t believe it! Today was a fun and busy day. My sister and I went to get our nails done for Christmas and shared a pizza for lunch. This evening we went Christmas shopping with my dad, and then I wrote out the very last of my Christmas cards! I was afraid I wouldn’t get this post up in time, but I made it. 🙂
Happy Sunday! Day 4 of my 12 Days of Christmas is all about Christmas cookies. Every single year, my family spends a day or two baking all different types of cookies for us to enjoy as well as to give to friends and family.
