I really enjoy making some healthy snacks at the beginning of the week. This way I’m never searching for something to eat or reaching for junk food when things get busy. These muffins were perfect. They made a great grab-and-go breakfast or afternoon snack. My whole family loved them!
Before heading to the states, Nicolas and I went out for a lovely Sunday brunch. It is no secret that brunch is my favorite thing in the world. (I’m pretty sure I mention it in every other blog post!) We had heard a lot of good things about Mad og Kaffe (translated to food and coffee 🙂 ) and decided to give it a try. Another recipe? YES. And trust me, this one is worth bookmarking.
Nicolas and I recently enjoyed a lovely brunch at Far’s Dreng (translated to daddy’s boy) here in Copenhagen! After hearing so much about this cafe, we decided it was time to give it a try. I want to kick off the new year by eating less junk food, and I have found that meal prepping certainly helps. So I spent around two hours in the kitchen making a delicious cucumber, tomato, chickpea salad for lunches and banana bread for breakfasts and snacks!
Mmm, mmm! Yes, today is another food post. I just had to share this with you all! Before meeting Nicolas, I had never heard of or eaten risengrød before. Now I absolutely love it, and it is a Christmas tradition I can’t do without!
Hi, everyone! Today I am super excited to share one of my very own recipes with you! This week I whipped up these cranberry orange muffins. I have always enjoyed getting creative with recipes and trying new things. For these muffins,
