5 Hours in Milan

We stayed in Bergamo which is about a 45 minute train ride away from Milan. We took the train there on a sunny, October afternoon and really enjoyed ourselves. Oatmeal Banana Bread

This past Sunday I decided that I wanted to whip up some healthy food to eat throughout the week. I want to kick off the new year by eating less junk food, and I have found that meal prepping certainly helps.
