Exploring Toronto + Lunch at CN Tower // Canada Road Trip

Happy weekend! After several crazy weeks, things are settling down, and I can get back to regular blogging! I am really excited to share today’s post. I just got back from a week in Canada with Nicolas and his family. It was my first time in Toronto, and I really enjoyed myself! The city is so pretty and clean with lots of pretty flowers, art, and impressive architecture. Toronto is a great city to walk through, as there is something to see around every corner. The Distillery District was especially cool to walk through with cobblestone streets, sculptures, boutiques, and a market.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at CN tower. It was truly a memorable experience! We took a glass elevator up to the restaurant and were lead through the revolving restaurant to our table. The food was just as fantastic as the view! Everything I ate was so yummy – especially dessert which was appropriately called the chocolate tower. 😉 Afterwards we ventured out onto the observation deck and the glass floors where we had a great view of the Blue Jays game!

We all enjoyed it so much! After lunch my brother, Nicolas, and I went to Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga which is about thirty minutes away from Toronto. It was amazing! The mall is actually so big that I got lost (twice…) I highly recommend it to anyone looking to go on a big shopping spree as it is the largest shopping mall in Ontario.

Have you ever visited Toronto? What was your favorite part? I wish you all a great weekend! xx
