I celebrate Christmas the entire week between Christmas and New Year’s, and that is why I’m sharing a holiday-themed post today! These photos are from our trip to Disney World in November. I had never been there during the Christmas season, so I was super excited to see all the decorations. Main Street looked incredibly festive!
One of the highlights of our trip was Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! This is a private party held in the Magic Kingdom on certain nights in November and December. The park is open only for those that purchased tickets to this special event. I was expecting it not to be that crowded, but it actually still was!
One of the main highlights of this party is the FOOD. There are little stations set up across Magic Kingdom handing out soft pretzels, snow cones, cookies, and hot chocolate. Everything was so yummy!
The Main Street Bakery also offered special treats that are exclusive to the Christmas party.
The most magical experience of all was when it began to snow. 😉 The castle was also beautifully lit up for the holidays.
At the end of the party, there was a Christmas parade. This was honestly the best parade I’ve ever seen! It was filled with snow and music and really just put everyone in the holiday spirit. 🙂
The other parks were also decorated for Christmas! We really enjoyed walking through the World Showcase in Epcot …
as well as the Christmas Tree Trail in Disney Springs!
I definitely recommend visiting Disney World during the holiday season. It was an amazing experience and something I’ll never forget. It was also very nice to be there when the temperature was cooler and the crowds were not overwhelming (we went in the middle of November before Thanksgiving.)
Now I am super excited to announce the winner of my Christmas Giveaway! Congratulations Missa Schmidt! Please email your full name and address to me here so I can send you your goodies. 🙂 Thank you to all of my subscribers and readers for all of your support this past year.
