Life is so busy sometimes, and as I was going through my photos, I realized I never posted about our skiing trip back in February. Better late than never I suppose. 🙂 This was my second skiing vacation with Nicolas and his family, and I had an amazing time. To my surprise, I actually remembered how to ski! (I had just learned the previous year.)
My favorite moments from the trip would definitely be eating the BEST waffles ever (with ice cream and marmelade) in Sweden, cozy evenings in the cabin, and skiing down the mountains of Norway. The scenery was breathtaking, and the air was so fresh. I am not sure how else to describe it. If you told me a few years ago that I would be on a ski vacation in Scandinavia, I would have never believed it. Life is crazy, and I am so incredibly grateful for everything I am experiencing. My fingers were slightly frozen inside my ski gloves most of the trip, so I didn’t get too many photos. Here are my favorites. 🙂
Hope you enjoyed this post! Now I am looking forward to lots of sunshine and summertime. Have a great day!

Beautiful scenery. My husband used to do some of his Army Training in Norway, so has a lot of fond memories. Love the look of the waffles and icecream.
This is why I am so happy for you, Madison.
Seeing and doing and leaning so many new and wonderful things.
See you soon!!!
Love you!
