Summer is slowing down, and I am making sure to savor every moment. With nearly a month left before autumn starts creeping in, there is still plenty of time to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine. Last year I wrote a post about how to embrace hygge in the fall as well as explained the special Danish tradition of hygge. Today’s post includes some hyggelige and simple things I’ve done to relax and embrace summer. I hope it inspires you to do the same. 🙂
Eek! I cannot believe how quickly things are moving. I feel as if Nicolas and I just got engaged. This past Sunday was our engagement party, and the best part is that Nicolas’s family was here to celebrate (and will be here for the rest of the week!!!) Our families met for the very first time, and it has been so wonderful.
Last week, I shared the exciting news in this post that my family moved! It has been a crazy past few weeks, but now we are finally settled in and really enjoying the new home and city. 🙂 Before I share my new bedroom with you all, I wanted to give a proper goodbye to my old bedroom (which I actually never shared on the blog!) This post is a bit personal, and I am writing it for myself to remember this special place. Feel free to read along if you’re interested. 🙂
