Hello, friends! Tomorrow is one of my most very favorite days of the year. I am so excited to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in my pjs, make my traditonal sweet potato casserole (even if me and my mom are the only ones who like it), and sit down to a delicious dinner with my family. It is also Nicolas’s first real American Thanksgiving, so it should be a special one. 🙂
I wanted to use this day as an occasion to say thank you! In my short year of blogging, I have made so many friends. I have received so much inspiration and encouragement from other bloggers. I’ve learned SO much. I have connected with so many women of all ages out there who are just like ME (i.e. pajama/ coffee/ skincare lovers.) I have also received so much support from my family and friends. Because of this blog, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with some of my favorite brands. I have found a hobby I truly love. I am so thankful.
To show my appreciation, I decided to do a little giveaway. I know how happy and excited I get when I receive a package in the mail, and I always love trying new things, so I would love for one of you to experience the same. 🙂 The giveaway is international, and all products were purchased by me.
I picked out items from my favorite brands that I think everyone should try! It includes A Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel, an American Eagle selfie stick, Farm House Fresh Sweet Tea Shea Butter Body Polish, a Beauty For Real Lip Gloss + Shine in one of my favorite everyday shades, and some Celestial peppermint herbal tea. I’m also throwing in a grey Calvin Klein scarf! I received the same scarf last year for Christmas and wear it all the time. It is so chic and goes with everything!
To enter, simply comment down below and share something that you are thankful for! Be sure to click the ‘notify me of new posts by email’ button so you are notified when I post the winner next week! I will then kindly ask the winner to email me so I can send them their goodies! The giveaway ends Monday, December 27th at 8 PM ET.
Good luck, and have a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving with family and friends!

I’m thankful for each day I have to spend with my family having been cancer free for over a year now!
Hi Madison~
What a fun post! I love that you are here, visiting and loving your family. It’s also wonderful that you can share this amazing American tradition with, Nicolas. I can’t think of a better household to have him have Thanksgiving dinner at. Your mom is truly one of the coziest, real people I know, you are lucky indeed.
I have so much to be thankful for, my family, my faith, my friends, my country, my freedom, my blogging buddies . . . ;0) Really, does it get any better than that?!
Happy Thanksgiving, Madison!!
Hugs and Love,
Barb

I am thankful this year for my family, friends and my mom who is suffering from dementia. For wonderful friends who call just to talk. For sweet grandchildren who love spending time with me. I’m thankful for a hardworking husband who still finds time for his grandchildren. Who dances to Taylor Swift in Walgreens with is granddaughter when her songs come on. I’m blessed.
I am grateful for family time 💗
Hello Madison, I’ve been reading your mom’s lovely blog for awhile now, and as a result, sometimes I read yours too! I really enjoy your fresh take on things.
I am thankful for all the good people on the Internet. It makes you realize that the world is not a totally horrible place, as some would like us to think, and that there is hope for us yet!
A very Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

I loved this post! I’ve also learned so much through blogging and just by talking to other bloggers. I honestly think that if it weren’t for their encouragement, I would have given up a long time ago! 🙂

I am thankful for God who loves me so unconditionally, my family and friends who love and cares for me with so much willingness and for a house that I can live in because some people don’t have a home and good food to eat because some people don’t have food.
Ooh peppermint tea is my absolute favorite for the holidays!
And I am so SO thankful for every aspect of my life. For all the kind people (friends and family) whom care for me and lend support. For my education, which even my parents didn’t have access to. For my good health. For my financial stability. For the roof over my head, and a warm one at that. My life is so damn easy and I’m really thankful for being born into it. I’m one lucky duck! Hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving!

Hi Madison!!! I’m so happy to have found your blog via your comment on theeverygirl about how different American and European eating standards are. We definitely experienced this on our travels to Copenhagen and can’t wait to return hopefully next summer.
This year I’m most grateful for my husband, our little girl, and baby on the way!

I am thankful for many things, but my husband and daughters would be at the top of my list. Parents, sister, friends, home, job are all precious to me as well. Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving and wishing you a Merry Christmas!
I am thankful for an amazing husband!
Thankful for my cute little house, that gives me shelter every day – cool in the summer, warm in the winter. I drive by the homeless standing in line for dinner on my way home from work every day, shivering or sweating depending on the season, so I’m reminded of this regularly.
