I splurged. It doesn’t happen very often, but I treated myself to the lovely pants in the photos above! Last October, I wrote this post where I shared that I was trying to make more sustainable fashion choices. One of the biggest changes I made was seriously considering each item before adding it to my wardrobe. This typically meant leaving clothes in my online shopping cart for a few days or looking in my closet to see how many pieces I could wear with the item I was planning on purchasing. Well, these pants have been in my online shopping cart for (I KID YOU NOT) over a year and a half. They are part of a pajama set from Sleeper, a Ukranian fashion brand specializing in pajamas made to be worn not only to bed but throughout everyday life. The second I saw their sophisticated pieces, I fell in love. It is definitely not what you think when I say I wore pajamas to work. Sleeper’s designs are unlike anything I’ve seen before, and when properly styled, their pieces look so incredibly chic!
The temperature hit 90 this past weekend, so wearing the matching button-down pajama top wasn’t an option. I opted for this simple black tank top paired with a vintage-inspired belt and shoes. My secondhand bag added a pop of color and gave the outfit a more summery feel. I am truly impressed with the quality and design of these pajamas, and I look forward to wearing the entire set this fall and winter!
Be honest, ladies! What do you think of the pajama trend? Would you purchase an outfit like this? Let me know in the comments below!

I loved them on you but as I am a little overweight and a certain age I don’t think they are for me.
I love them…however, being a certain age and pleasantly plump, it would not look good on me…I think you young people can get away it smiles. It hit near 100 here in western NY this weekend and I am ready for fall and winter, smiles.
I’ve loved these pants from the second I saw you in them on Facebook. They are so fun and adorable! I”m all for the pajama trend! If I can be as comfy as I am in my pj’s and still look stylish enough to go to work I’m in! I love them with the tank top and polka dot mules too! So cute!!
You are the cutest! Those pants make such a statement I just love it! I also love how you aren’t afraid of rocking that stunning piece. I love me an all black outfit with a fun pop of color.
