5 Hours in Milan

FC Barcelona Game at Camp Nou

Visiting the Sagrada FamĂ­lia

Hello! Hi! Hope you all are well. I am still blogging about our trip to Barcelona because we simply took too many photos and experienced so many things!

Today is all about a very special experience Nicolas and I shared – visiting the BasĂ­lica de la Sagrada FamĂ­lia. If you are unaware of this incredibly breathtaking temple and its history, I definitely suggest reading up on it. It has such an amazing story. Construction of Sagrada FamĂ­lia began way back in 1882 in an effort to build a temple in honor of the Holy Family. The famous artist Antoni GaudĂ­ took over the project in 1883 and put his entire heart and soul into it until his death in 1926. Since then, many others have continued to oversee the construction of Sagrada FamĂ­lia. However, the project still remains unfinished! Continue Reading
