Natural Glam Bridal Makeup

Bridal is one of my very favorite types of makeup to do. I love making a bride appear like the best version of herself with a little bit of glow and glam! Here is a look I created in collaboration with Third Culture on my friend Rachel. I am sooo happy with how it turned out, and I think she is STUNNING. I created this look using 100% all natural products, and it is so satisfying to see Continue Reading

Day to Night Makeup Look (Easy and All-Natural!)

Hey, guys! Another one of my makeup tutorials with Third Culture is up on their site, and I’m so excited to share it with you! If you saw my last makeup tutorial, you will remember that I did an easy everyday makeup look. This evening look simply builds off of that. I do some touchups, add a little drama to the eye, and finish it off with a GORGEOUS lip color! I’d love for you to check it out here: http://www.tcface.com/day-to-night-mineral-makeup-look

Don’t forget that you can purchase a box filled with all the products I used simply by clicking on them to the right-hand side of the video. Choose your color preferences, and you’re all set! Friday Favorites // No 2.

HAPPY FRIDAY! Today I am sharing with you four of my very favorite beauty/ skincare products that I have been reaching for nonstop. I am very much a girl of routine, and I don’t switch it up THAT often. (Yes, I am always trying out new products and doing different looks, but rarely do I ever love it so much that I use it every single day. 🙂 )  However, I’ve added 3 new products into my morning and night routines recently!  Continue Reading

Friday Favorites // No. 1

Happy Friday, everyone! Today is my first Friday Favorites post where I will be sharing a handful of things I have really been enjoying over the past week. I am still recovering from a pretty bad cold, so you will see how my favorites correspond to that! Enjoy xx

1. Bobbi Brown Retouching Wand

This is a new product from my favorite makeup brand – Bobbi Brown. I LOVE THIS. Since I have been feeling under the weather, this is honestly the only makeup I have been wearing. It is exactly what it claims to be – a magical retouching wand for your face. You can use it as a foundation, concealer, or touch-up stick. I have been using it after moisturizing to “spot treat”. I applied it lightly under my eyes to brighten and around my nose to combat redness. The formula blends into your skin seamlessly, and I don’t even need to set it with powder. I am in the shade Porcelain. It looks just like my skin but better. Thank you, Bobbi! Continue Reading

My Everyday Makeup Look

Hey, all!

After spending a wonderful month in the states, I am settled back in Denmark! I have been busy working on this little project. This is my everyday makeup look! I decided to film this because it is much easier to explain rather than writing a long post. 🙂 This video is filled with tips and tricks along with my very favorite products that I reach for all the time. I focused it around my new Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Palette which I will list below along with all the other products I used. Continue Reading

Simple and Sophisticated New Years Eve Makeup

Hey, ladies (and gents)! New Years Eve is one of my favorite nights of the year. There is something so magical about getting all dressed up, sipping champagne, and kissing at the stroke of midnight. Every woman deserves to ring in the New Year feeling like a queen, and I created this simple and quick makeup look to do just that! (Seriously, this took me 15 minutes tops.)

The look I created is sophisticated and minimalistic. The focus is on the lips which I paired with a GORGEOUS shimmery eye. I kept the skin glowy and fresh to give a more natural look. I am so happy with how it turned out. Also, after just recently graduating from makeup artist school, I’m excited to finally be sharing a beauty post with you all. Follow the steps below to see how I did this festive look. 🙂

1. The preparation of the skin is one of the most important parts of any makeup look and should never be neglected. Start off with a lightweight moisturizer and massage it into your skin. I like this one from Mary Kay because it works for all skin types and is a great base for your foundation. Next, take 1-2 drops of a facial oil (Josie Maran is the best) and apply it over top of any dry patches and anywhere you want some added glow. Lock in all that moisture and prep skin for foundation with a facial mist or setting spray.  Continue Reading
